At the heart of Mas de Laudun, 14 hectares and 3,300 olive trees shape the estate’s life throughout the seasons. Our Terre de Laudun olive oil is produced from olives grown on the property.
Each harvest reflects the care given to the trees, the quality of the fruit and Provence’s olive-growing traditions. The estate’s olive oil is included during your stay.
Mas de Laudun is surrounded by several hectares of olive groves, home to some of Provence’s most emblematic olive varieties.
Bathed in sunshine and swept by the Mistral wind, our olive trees benefit from ideal conditions to produce olives with rich, beautifully balanced aromas.

Our olive oil is produced in accordance with the strict specifications of the Protected Designation of Origin:
This designation guarantees:
Our olives are carefully selected and harvested to preserve their freshness and aromatic richness.
The olives are pressed shortly after harvesting to preserve the quality, freshness and natural flavours of the fruit.
Our approach favours responsible management of the olive grove while respecting the land and the natural environment surrounding us.
