Set within the Mas de Laudun’s private 14-hectare olive estate, the Bastide is a peaceful base for exploring Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux-de-Provence, Arles and Avignon.
Traditional stone, generous living spaces and views across the olive groves create a welcoming home for families, couples and friends.
YOUR PRIVATE CONFIGURATION
The Bastide offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 6 overnight guests, a comfortable lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, air-conditioned spaces and private parking. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
The estate and swimming pool are reserved exclusively for your group. The Mas and the Tower are not included. This 3-bedroom offer is available during selected periods, subject to availability. Any exceptional opening must be confirmed by the estate.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. There are 3 toilets in total: one in the bathroom of bedroom 1, one separate toilet on the landing serving bedrooms 2 and 3, and one separate toilet on the ground floor. There is no dedicated office or workspace.
GARDENS, TERRACES AND POOL
Enjoy shaded terraces, outdoor dining, sun loungers, electric planchas and the peaceful olive groves. The estate produces Terre de Laudun olive oil, which is provided during your stay.
Pool heating is included from 1 May to 30 September. After 30 September, heating can be arranged on request for an additional charge agreed by quotation.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Your personal welcome is arranged between 4 pm and 7 pm. Please contact us in advance for arrivals after 7 pm. Departure is by 10 am at the latest.
Welcome, maintenance of the estate, assistance during your stay, Wi-Fi and the estate’s olive oil are included. The welcome guide contains equipment instructions and local recommendations.
HOUSEKEEPING & LINEN INCLUDED
Common living areas are cleaned and bins emptied on the house manager’s working days, usually weekdays, according to the schedule confirmed on arrival. Each visit typically lasts 2 to 3 hours.
Every 7-night stay includes a mid-stay clean with a change of bed linen and towels, bathroom cleaning, bed making and bin emptying. Longer stays include weekly housekeeping. End-of-stay cleaning is included in every configuration and in every season.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Private chef, delivered meals and breakfast, pre-arrival groceries, massages, yoga, bicycles, excursions, additional housekeeping, ironing or personal laundry can be arranged on request, subject to availability. The service and price must be agreed before arrangements are made.
YOUR HOUSE MANAGER
Your house manager provides a personal welcome, introduces the equipment and coordinates services during your stay. Availability and the service schedule are explained on arrival. You can also contact us through your booking’s messaging service.
HOUSE GUIDELINES
Day visitors are welcome: please inform the house manager in advance. Small private gatherings are permitted, with respect for the property and neighbours. Weddings and large events require a quotation and the estate’s prior agreement. Overnight occupancy remains limited to your booked configuration. Pets require prior agreement. All interiors are non-smoking.
The private pool measures 15 × 4 metres, with depths from 1 to 1.70 metres. Children must be supervised at all times; the safety cover does not replace adult supervision. Electric planchas are provided; no outdoor fires are permitted. Exterior cameras cover the access points, terraces and pool, as described in the welcome guide.
Before departure, leave the kitchen and dishes clean and remove your food from the fridge. There is no need to strip beds, collect towels or empty bins: our team takes care of them. Return the keys and gate remote to the house manager.
TOURIST TAX
For 2026 and 2027, tourist tax is €3.74 per taxable adult per night, including additional taxes, payable in addition to accommodation. Minors are exempt. Please check the collection arrangements shown in your booking.

Rates
Rates are quoted in euros (€), including VAT, excluding tourist tax. They vary by period, length of stay and booked configuration. The price displayed at the time of booking applies.
Minimum stay
Available during selected periods only: 2 nights in authorised low and mid-season periods, 3 nights in authorised high-season periods. Available dates and the applicable minimum stay are specified when booking.
Capacity
La Bastide de Laudun: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a maximum of 6 guests. The Mas and Tower are not included. The maximum capacity of the booked configuration must be respected. The estate and pool are exclusively for your group.
Security deposit
A €3,000 security deposit is required before arrival and released after the departure inspection, less any damage charges, in accordance with the booking policy.
Housekeeping
End-of-stay cleaning is included in every configuration and season. Every 7-night stay includes mid-stay cleaning with bed linen and towel changes; longer stays include weekly cleaning. Additional cleaning may be charged if the property is left exceptionally dirty.
Tourist tax
An additional €3.74 per taxable adult per night applies in 2026 and 2027, including additional taxes. Minors are exempt. The tax appears separately in the booking.
Booking conditions
